Valentine's White Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Smoothie Base

01 - 1 tablespoon white chocolate chips
02 - 170 grams (about 2/3 cup) raspberry Greek yogurt
03 - 110 grams (3/4 cup) frozen raspberries
04 - 180 milliliters (3/4 cup) milk of choice

# Instructions:

01 - Place the white chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl and heat for approximately 30 seconds. Stir until fully melted and smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
02 - Add raspberry Greek yogurt, frozen raspberries, milk, and the melted white chocolate to a high-speed blender.
03 - Blend the mixture on high speed until creamy and fully combined.
04 - Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Vanilla Greek yogurt can be substituted for raspberry flavor. For a thicker texture, use fresh raspberries with 120 grams (1/2 cup) ice. A scoop of protein powder may be added for extra protein.
