Arrange the apple wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if necessary). Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the apples are tender and the coating is golden.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cold heavy cream, caramel sauce, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip the mixture with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
