Wash brussels sprouts thoroughly, trim the stems, and slice each sprout in half. Pat them dry with a clean towel.

Place halved brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese. Toss to coat evenly.

Preheat air fryer to 175°C for 2 minutes.

Transfer seasoned brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket. Cook for 7 minutes.

Shake the basket to redistribute brussels sprouts. Cook for an additional 7 to 10 minutes, or until tender and golden brown with a crispy exterior.
