Air Fryer Brussels Parmesan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 450 g brussels sprouts, washed, stems removed, halved

→ Oils and Fats

02 - 45 ml olive oil or vegetable oil

→ Seasonings

03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - 0.5 tsp onion powder
05 - 0.5 tsp ground black pepper, or to taste
06 - 0.25 tsp salt

→ Cheese

07 - 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Wash brussels sprouts thoroughly, trim the stems, and slice each sprout in half. Pat them dry with a clean towel.
02 - Place halved brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese. Toss to coat evenly.
03 - Preheat air fryer to 175°C for 2 minutes.
04 - Transfer seasoned brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket. Cook for 7 minutes.
05 - Shake the basket to redistribute brussels sprouts. Cook for an additional 7 to 10 minutes, or until tender and golden brown with a crispy exterior.
06 - Sprinkle remaining 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese over hot brussels sprouts. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For softer brussels sprouts, cook at 160°C for 7–10 minutes, then increase to 175°C and cook for 2–4 minutes to crisp the edges. Cooking times may vary based on individual air fryer models.
