# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 lbs skin-on chicken thighs

→ Seasonings

02 - 1.5 tsp coarse sea salt
03 - 0.5 tsp garlic powder
04 - 0.5 tsp onion powder
05 - 0.25 tsp white pepper

→ Marinade

06 - 0.25 cup lemon juice
07 - 2 tbsp olive oil
08 - 2-3 sprays avocado oil

→ Garnish

09 - 2 tbsp chopped chives
10 - furikake (optional)
11 - lemon wedges

# Instructions:

01 - Combine chicken thighs with sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil. Marinate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
02 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil to prevent sticking.
03 - Place marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F (204°C) for 10 minutes, then flip and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
04 - Garnish cooked chicken bites with chopped chives and optional furikake. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

01 - Marinating chicken longer, up to several hours, intensifies the lemon flavor. Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model for best results.
