# Ingredients:

01 - 2 striploin steaks, 1 inch thick

05 - 2 tablespoons salted butter, room temperature
06 - 1 clove garlic, finely minced
07 - 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Allow steaks to reach room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes. Trim excess fat if desired.
02 - Set air fryer to 400°F and preheat for 5 to 10 minutes.
03 - Rub each steak with canola oil, then season generously with salt and black pepper on all sides.
04 - Arrange steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes for medium-rare, 12 minutes for medium, or up to 14 minutes for medium-well, depending on desired doneness.
05 - While steaks cook, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl until combined.
06 - Transfer cooked steaks to a plate and let rest 5 to 10 minutes. Serve topped with garlic butter.
