Set the air fryer to 199°C (390°F) and allow it to preheat for 5 minutes.

Halve the peaches lengthwise using a sharp knife and remove the pits. Brush the cut sides with melted butter.

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Generously sprinkle the mixture over the peach halves.

Place the peach halves in a single layer in the air fryer basket. For easier cleanup, line the basket with parchment paper if desired.

Cook the peaches at 199°C (390°F) for 10 minutes, or until the tops are caramelized and the fruit is tender. For deeper caramelization, air fry a few minutes longer.

Remove the peaches from the air fryer and serve warm, optionally garnished with vanilla ice cream or your choice of toppings.
