Easy Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Filling

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
03 - 1 small onion, finely diced
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Dough and Topping

06 - 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
07 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
08 - 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

→ For Serving

09 - Pickle slices (optional)
10 - Ketchup and mustard for dipping

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Cook beef and onion until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain, then mix in bacon and cheese
02 - Flatten biscuit rounds, add filling to center, fold and seal to form balls
