Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble it. In the same pan, sauté chopped mushroom stems and garlic until soft.

Combine cream cheese, Parmesan, green onions, bacon, breadcrumbs, pepper, and paprika in a bowl. Add the sautéed stems and garlic.

Fill each mushroom cap generously with the bacon mixture, pressing down slightly.
