Bang Bang Chicken Skewers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Skewers

01 - 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - Salt and pepper to taste
07 - Wooden skewers or metal skewers (if using wooden, soak in water for 10-15 minutes)

→ Bang Bang Sauce

08 - ½ cup mayonnaise
09 - 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
10 - 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust for spice preference)
11 - 1 tablespoon honey
12 - 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
13 - Pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes, ensuring even sizes for uniform cooking. Toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
02 - Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Adjust sriracha to preference and set aside.
03 - Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, packing snugly but without overcrowding. Ensure even spacing for cooking.
04 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, rotating occasionally, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
05 - Drizzle the cooked skewers with bang bang sauce, or serve the sauce on the side for dipping. Optionally garnish with sesame seeds, chopped green onions, or cilantro before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Soak wooden skewers in water before grilling to prevent burning.
02 - Adjust the sriracha to customize the sauce's spice level.
