01 - 1 lb ground beef

03 - 1/2 tsp salt
04 - 6 six-inch flour tortillas
05 - 6 slices American cheese
06 - 1 cup lettuce, shredded
07 - 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
08 - 1/4 cup white onion, diced

→ Sauce Ingredients

09 - 1/2 cup ketchup
10 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
11 - 1/4 cup sweet relish
12 - 1/8 cup white onion, finely diced
13 - 1 tsp white distilled vinegar
14 - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
15 - 1/4 tsp sweet paprika

# Instructions:

01 - Divide ground beef into 6 equal portions. Press each portion onto a flour tortilla, spreading it into a thin, even layer covering the tortilla. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the beef.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place each tortilla meat-side down in the skillet. Press down firmly with a spatula, starting in the center and working outward. Cook for 4 minutes, then flip. Top each with a slice of cheese and cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and the tortilla crisps up.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, mayonnaise, sweet relish, finely diced onion, vinegar, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
04 - Remove tacos from the skillet. Top with shredded lettuce, pickles, diced onions, and a drizzle of the special sauce. Serve hot and enjoy!
