Biscuits and Sausage Gravy Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sausage Gravy

01 - 1 package (16 oz) breakfast sausage
02 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 2 cups milk
04 - Ground black pepper, to taste

→ Pizza Base & Toppings

05 - 1 pre-baked 12-inch pizza crust
06 - 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
07 - Cooking spray
08 - 6 eggs
09 - 1/4 cup milk
10 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add breakfast sausage and cook, stirring often, until fully browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
02 - Sprinkle flour over cooked sausage and stir until distributed. Gradually pour in 2 cups of milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until gravy thickens, about 10 minutes. Season with black pepper to taste and set aside.
03 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place pre-baked pizza crust on a baking sheet. Brush surface lightly with olive oil if using.
04 - Spread half of the prepared sausage gravy evenly over the pizza crust.
05 - Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high. Whisk eggs and 1/4 cup milk in a bowl, then pour into skillet. Scramble until just set, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
06 - Distribute scrambled eggs evenly over the gravy-topped crust. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously across the surface.
07 - Transfer pizza to oven and bake 10-15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
08 - Let pizza cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Garnish with chopped green onions or a dash of hot sauce for extra flavor.
02 - If using raw pizza dough, prebake according to package directions before topping.
