In another bowl, mix the almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until a smooth batter forms.

Gently fold in the blueberries, taking care not to break them.

Using a spoon or piping bag, fill each madeleine mold about three-quarters full with the batter.

Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden, and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
