In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend the cooked chicken, rice, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, one cup of shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Grease an ovenproof casserole dish and evenly spread the combined mixture inside.

Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.

Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden at the edges.
