06 - 120 ml reserved pineapple juice
07 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves (optional)
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly grease a 23x33 cm (9x13 inch) baking dish.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together brown sugar, Dijon or yellow mustard, low sodium soy sauce, reserved pineapple juice, and ground cloves if using until thoroughly combined.
03 - Place diced cooked beef ham and drained pineapple chunks evenly into the prepared baking dish.
04 - Pour the prepared glaze over the ham and pineapple, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, then toss gently to ensure everything is well coated.
05 - Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the mixture is caramelized and bubbling.
