Spicy Buffalo Chicken Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Filling

01 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
02 - 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
03 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

→ For Assembly

06 - 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
07 - 1/4 cup melted butter
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

→ For Serving

10 - Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it
02 - In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Mix until well blended
03 - Separate biscuit dough pieces and flatten each into a 4-inch circle
04 - Place 1-2 tablespoons of buffalo chicken filling in center of each dough circle. Pull edges around filling and pinch to seal
05 - Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush over each sealed chicken bomb
06 - Place bombs seam-side down on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden brown
07 - Let cool slightly and serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

01 - Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 2 days
02 - Adjust buffalo sauce amount for preferred spice level
