01 - 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
02 - 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
03 - 1 cup buffalo sauce
04 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing

05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 3 green onions, chopped

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish
02 - Steam or blanch cauliflower florets for 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and pat dry
