# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package (11 oz) butterscotch chips
02 - 1/2 cup salted butter
03 - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
04 - 1 cup chopped pecans

→ Cheesecake Filling

05 - 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
06 - 1 3/4 cups sweetened condensed milk
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - 1 large egg

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
02 - Melt butterscotch chips and salted butter together in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
03 - Incorporate graham cracker crumbs and chopped pecans into the melted mixture, stirring until evenly distributed.
04 - Press half of the crumb mixture firmly into the prepared pan to form an even base.
05 - Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and egg, mixing until smooth and cohesive.
06 - Pour the cheesecake filling over the base. Evenly distribute the remaining crumb mixture over the top.
07 - Transfer pan to oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until set in the center.
08 - Remove from oven and allow to cool completely at room temperature. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled before slicing and serving.
