# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - Salt, to taste
03 - Black pepper, to taste
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
06 - 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1 pound asparagus spears, trimmed
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - Lemon wedges, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear until golden brown, approximately 3 to 4 minutes per side.
03 - Remove the skillet from heat. Pour Caesar dressing evenly over the seared chicken breasts, ensuring each piece is fully coated.
04 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken. Arrange asparagus spears around the chicken in the skillet. Season asparagus with garlic powder.
05 - Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken registers 165°F (74°C) internal temperature and the asparagus is tender.
06 - Remove from the oven and garnish with lemon wedges. Serve immediately, drizzling with fresh lemon juice for added brightness.

# Notes:

01 - Bacon-wrapped asparagus may be substituted for additional flavor and texture.
02 - A lighter or homemade Caesar dressing allows greater control of nutritional content.
03 - Swap out asparagus for green beans or broccoli if preferred.
04 - For extra crunch, toss in croutons during the last few minutes of baking.
05 - Halved cherry tomatoes can be added for sweetness and color.
