01 - 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
02 - 1/2 cup milk
03 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
04 - 4 cups cut green beans (from 2 cans, 16 oz frozen package, or 1 lb fresh)
05 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

06 - 1 1/3 cups crispy French fried onions, divided

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) to preheat.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, stir together condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, green beans, and black pepper until evenly blended.
03 - Pour the mixture into a 1.5-quart casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
04 - Bake uncovered for 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
05 - Sprinkle the remaining crispy French fried onions evenly over the casserole.
06 - Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the onions turn golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - Use whole milk or half-and-half for a richer taste. Fresh green beans can be blanched prior to use. Optional: add sautéed mushrooms to enhance flavor.
