Ground Beef Seasoning

01 - 453 g ground beef (85% lean)
02 - ½ tsp salt
03 - ¼ tsp black pepper
04 - ½ tsp garlic powder
05 - ½ tsp onion powder
06 - 1 tbsp ketchup (optional)

Cheese and Vegetables

07 - 113 g shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
09 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
10 - ½ cup diced pickles
11 - ½ cup diced onions (white or red)

Optional Base

12 - 255 g Fritos or roasted potatoes, cooked rice, or French fries

Big Mac Style Sauce

13 - 120 ml mayonnaise
14 - 2 tbsp ketchup
15 - 1 tbsp yellow mustard
16 - 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
17 - ½ tsp white vinegar
18 - ¼ tsp paprika
19 - ¼ tsp onion powder
20 - ¼ tsp garlic powder
21 - Pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl. Whisk until creamy and integrated. Refrigerate to enhance thickness and flavor.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium-high. Add ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional ketchup. Break meat apart and cook until browned and slightly crisp, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
03 - Divide romaine or chosen base evenly among four bowls. Layer cooked beef, shredded cheddar cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, diced pickles, and diced onions over the greens.
04 - Drizzle Big Mac style sauce over the bowls or serve alongside for dipping. Optionally, add crumbled bacon, sesame seeds, or crispy sides like air-fried fries, roasted potatoes, or Fritos chips to mimic a burger experience.

# Notes:

01 - Refrigerating the sauce after preparation enhances its texture and deepens the flavor.
