# Ingredients:

Meat

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 cup bacon crumbles

Produce

03 - ½ cup yellow onion, diced

Dairy

04 - 3 tablespoons butter
05 - 2 cups heavy cream
06 - 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Pantry

07 - ½ teaspoon olive oil
08 - 3 tablespoons flour
09 - 10 ounces Rotel, drained
10 - 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
11 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
12 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
13 - ½ teaspoon chicken bouillon powder

Pasta

14 - 25 ounces cooked cheese ravioli

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare the cheese ravioli according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and diced onions until the beef is no longer pink. Remove from skillet and drain excess grease.
03 - Reduce heat to low. Add olive oil and butter to the skillet. Once melted, sprinkle in the flour and stir continuously until combined. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes to eliminate raw flour taste.
04 - Gradually pour in heavy cream while whisking continuously until nearly simmering. Add shredded cheddar cheese in small increments, stirring after each until melted. Season the sauce with onion powder, garlic powder, chicken bouillon powder, and seasoned salt.
05 - Return cooked ground beef and bacon crumbles to the skillet, stirring to combine with the cheese sauce. Add cooked ravioli and gently fold until evenly coated with the sauce.
06 - Plate the mixture immediately and enjoy while warm.

# Notes:

01 - To avoid clumping in the sauce, add cheese gradually and stir well after each addition.
