01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
03 - ½ tsp chili powder
04 - ½ tsp cumin
05 - ½ tsp garlic powder
06 - Salt and pepper to taste

07 - 4 large flour tortillas
08 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

10 - 1 cup salsa
11 - Fresh cilantro, chopped
12 - Sour cream or guacamole for serving

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, cook until browned, and break it up with a spoon. Stir in the chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Drain any excess fat.
