08 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt until well combined
03 - Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese gently, ensuring it's evenly distributed throughout the flour mixture
04 - In a separate bowl, combine the buttermilk and melted butter. Stir until well mixed
05 - Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined; do not overmix
06 - Spread the biscuit batter evenly in the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
