# Ingredients:

→ Cheese

01 - 1 pound mozzarella cheese sticks

→ Dry Ingredients

02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

→ Wet Ingredients

09 - 2 large eggs

→ Others

10 - Vegetable oil for frying
11 - Marinara sauce for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Remove mozzarella sticks from packaging or cut mozzarella block into 3-4 inch long and 1/2 inch thick sticks. Arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
02 - Freeze the arranged cheese sticks for 30 minutes to firm them up for breading.
03 - Prepare three shallow bowls: one with all-purpose flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with mixed Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
04 - Roll each chilled cheese stick in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat with the seasoned breadcrumb mixture. For extra crispiness, repeat this process for a double coating.
05 - Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or pot over medium-high heat to 350°F (175°C).
06 - Fry the breaded sticks in batches for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
07 - Remove fried sticks with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
08 - Serve the mozzarella sticks hot with marinara sauce. Optionally, garnish with extra dried oregano or parsley.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure oil temperature is maintained at 350°F to prevent premature melting of cheese. For a healthier alternative, bake instead of frying. Pre-frozen breaded sticks can be stored and fried later for convenience.
