01 -
Set oven to 220°C (425°F) and lightly coat a large baking sheet with nonstick spray.
02 -
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking apart with a wooden spoon until no pink remains. Drain excess fat, return to heat, add taco seasoning, and stir to coat. Remove from heat and cool completely.
03 -
On a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into a large rectangle. Cut in half lengthwise, then crosswise into five equal strips to yield ten rectangles.
04 -
Place 1 tablespoon cooled taco meat in center of each dough rectangle. Top with half a cheese stick. Roll up tightly, pinching edges and seams to fully enclose filling.
05 -
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush mixture over each prepared stick.
06 -
Arrange breadsticks on prepared baking sheet with space between each. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling within.
07 -
Allow breadsticks to cool for one minute before serving. Offer with desired taco toppings or dipping sauces.
