Chicken Boursin Garlic Herbs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Poultry

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

→ Seasoning

02 - Salt, to taste
03 - Ground black pepper, to taste

→ Cooking Fat

04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Sauce

05 - 1 cup Boursin cheese
06 - ½ cup heavy cream
07 - ½ cup chicken broth

→ Garnish

08 - Fresh parsley, chopped
09 - Fresh chives, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Generously season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and ground black pepper.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for 6 to 7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer, scraping up fond from the pan. Stir in Boursin cheese and heavy cream until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
04 - Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spoon the sauce over them, and heat through for 2 minutes.
05 - Serve the chicken topped with chopped fresh parsley and chives.
