Creamy Boursin Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter

→ Sauce

03 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
04 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
05 - 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Cheese with Garlic and Fine Herbs

→ Seasonings

06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and optional paprika
02 - Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside
03 - Lower heat, add broth and deglaze pan. Add cream and Boursin cheese, stir until smooth
04 - Return chicken to skillet, simmer 8-10 minutes until cooked through (165°F). Garnish with parsley

01 - Can add sautéed spinach or mushrooms to sauce
02 - Chicken thighs can be used instead of breasts
03 - Keeps in fridge up to 3 days
