02 - 1/2 cup (50g) cocoa powder
03 - 1/3 cup (65g) granulated sugar
04 - 2 tsp baking powder
05 - 1 1/4 cups (300ml) buttermilk
06 - 1/4 cup (60g) salted butter, melted, plus more for frying
07 - 2 large eggs
08 - 1/2 cup (85g) chocolate chips

11 - Extra chocolate chips

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
02 - Pour buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter into the bowl. Whisk until smooth.
03 - Fold chocolate chips into the batter until evenly distributed.
04 - Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour 1/3 cup batter for each pancake. Cook 2-3 minutes per side, flipping when bubbles appear in center.
