# What You'll Need:

01 - 1½ cups all-purpose flour
02 - ½ tsp baking powder
03 - ¼ tsp salt

→ Wet Ingredients

04 - ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
05 - ½ cup granulated sugar
06 - ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
07 - 1 large egg
08 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
09 - ½ cup cream cheese, softened

→ Coating

10 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
11 - 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
03 - In another bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Mix in egg and vanilla extract, then blend in cream cheese until smooth.
04 - Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
05 - Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
06 - Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. While cookies are still warm, roll each in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat evenly.
