Cinnamon Roll Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 overripe mashed bananas
02 - 4 tablespoons melted vegan butter
03 - ¾ cup maple syrup
04 - 1 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
09 - ¼ teaspoon salt
10 - 1½ cups all-purpose flour
11 - 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

→ Cinnamon Swirl

12 - 4 tablespoons melted vegan butter
13 - ⅓ cup light brown sugar
14 - 2 tablespoons cinnamon

→ Frosting

15 - ¾ cup powdered sugar
16 - 2 tablespoons melted vegan butter
17 - 2 ounces softened vegan cream cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
02 - In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
03 - Add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, flour, and oats to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
04 - Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan. In a separate bowl, combine melted vegan butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the swirl and spread half over the batter.
05 - Top with the remaining batter, then spread the rest of the cinnamon swirl mixture evenly over it.
06 - Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
07 - Allow the bread to cool completely in the pan before applying frosting.
08 - Mix powdered sugar, melted vegan butter, and softened vegan cream cheese until smooth. Spread evenly over the cooled loaf.
09 - Slice and enjoy.
