05 - 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
06 - ⅔ cup light brown sugar
07 - ½ tsp baking powder
08 - ½ tsp baking soda
09 - ½ tsp salt
10 - ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
11 - 2 large eggs
12 - ½ cup full fat sour cream
13 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Mix flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Add melted butter and blend until large crumbs form with no dry patches.
02 - Whisk dry ingredients, breaking up any brown sugar chunks. Separately mix wet ingredients until smooth. Combine wet and dry mixtures until uniform.
03 - Fold 1 cup streusel into batter. Divide between muffin cups and top generously with remaining streusel.
04 - Bake at 375°F for 17-19 minutes until golden and tops feel set. Cool 10-15 minutes before removing from pan.
