Brush both sides of each banana slice with coconut oil, then sprinkle both sides evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Place coated banana slices in a single layer, ensuring no overlap, in the basket of the air fryer. Work in batches if necessary.

Air fry at 150°C for 10–15 minutes, turning slices halfway through. Begin checking for doneness after 12 minutes; chips should be golden and starting to crisp.
