Coconut Key Lime Pie Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Smoothie Base

01 - 1 large frozen ripe banana, sliced
02 - Zest from 1 small lime or key lime
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime or key lime juice
04 - 120 ml vanilla or coconut Greek-style yogurt (use coconut-based yogurt for dairy free)
05 - 120 ml light coconut milk or preferred milk
06 - 30 g fresh spinach leaves
07 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - Optional: 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey, to taste

→ Garnish

09 - Lime wedge, for rimming glass
10 - Graham cracker crumbs
11 - Whipped cream
12 - Shredded toasted coconut

# Instructions:

01 - Place graham cracker crumbs on a small plate. Moisten the rim of your glass with a lime wedge, then dip and roll the rim in the cracker crumbs until evenly coated.
02 - Combine frozen banana, lime zest, lime juice, yogurt, coconut milk, spinach, and vanilla extract in a high-powered blender. Blend until completely smooth, adding more milk if needed to adjust consistency.
03 - Taste the smoothie and blend in maple syrup or honey if extra sweetening is desired.
04 - Pour the smoothie into the prepared glass. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of shredded toasted coconut, if desired. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - To keep the smoothie vegan or dairy-free, use coconut-based or dairy-free yogurt. For an extra protein boost, a scoop of vanilla protein powder can be added. Spinach is included primarily for color and nutrients; feel free to increase the quantity up to 2 cups if you prefer.
