Cookie Dough Fudge Dessert (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry ingredients

01 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
02 - ⅓ cup packed light brown sugar
03 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
04 - ¼ teaspoon salt

→ Chocolates

05 - 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
06 - 1½ cups white chocolate chips

→ Wet ingredients

07 - ½ cup salted sweet cream butter, softened
08 - 2 tablespoons milk
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

# Instructions:

01 - Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly coat with nonstick spray. Set aside.
02 - Place all-purpose flour in a small heat-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Let cool completely, then sift to remove clumps.
03 - Place 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips in a Ziploc bag and freeze while preparing other components.
04 - Using a handheld mixer in a medium bowl, cream softened butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and salt for 1½ to 2 minutes.
05 - Reduce mixer speed to low, add sifted flour, and mix just until combined. Set mixture aside.
06 - In a heat-safe medium bowl, heat white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in 30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring thoroughly between each, until completely melted and smooth.
07 - Remove frozen semi-sweet chocolate chips from freezer and stir them into the butter and flour mixture using a wooden spoon.
08 - Fold the white chocolate and condensed milk mixture into the dough mixture until just combined.
09 - Spoon the combined mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the surface.
10 - Evenly sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips over the top. Gently press the chips into the surface. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
11 - Remove chilled fudge from refrigerator and cut into 25 squares (5 x 5).
