# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb chicken breast or thigh cubes

→ Dairy

02 - 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
03 - 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ Spices & Oil

04 - 1 teaspoon paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1 tablespoon cooking oil
07 - Salt to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle chicken cubes with salt, paprika, and black pepper, ensuring even coating.
02 - Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Arrange chicken in a single layer and cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook through.
03 - Reduce heat to low and add cottage cheese to the skillet. Stir gently as it warms and begins to melt into a creamy sauce.
04 - Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir continuously until the sauce smooths out and evenly coats the chicken.
05 - Adjust seasoning if necessary, then simmer gently for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Use full-fat cottage cheese for optimal creaminess. Lower heat before adding dairy to prevent curdling. Chicken thighs retain more moisture, but breast meat works well.
