01 - 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey

04 - 1 cup frozen corn kernels

06 - 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
07 - 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
08 - 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chilies

09 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
10 - 1 packet taco seasoning mix
11 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 - 1 cup sour cream (optional)
13 - 1 tbsp olive oil for sautéing

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Heat olive oil in large pot over medium heat. Cook ground beef or turkey until browned, breaking up meat. Drain excess fat if needed.
02 - Add diced onion and garlic, sauté 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
03 - Stir in kidney beans, black beans, and corn. Mix well to combine.
04 - Add diced tomatoes, Rotel tomatoes, ranch seasoning, and taco seasoning. Simmer 10-15 minutes to meld flavors.
