Crabby Shrimp Garlic Bread Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread Base

01 - 1 loaf crusty Italian bread
02 - 60 ml unsalted butter, melted

→ Seafood Filling

03 - 450 g fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
04 - 225 g cream cheese, softened
05 - 60 g mozzarella cheese, shredded

→ Flavor Boosters

06 - 15 g fresh parsley, finely chopped
07 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste
10 - Red pepper flakes, as desired

# Instructions:

01 - Chop shrimp into bite-sized pieces. In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until thoroughly blended.
02 - Slice the Italian bread loaf lengthwise. Carefully hollow out the center of each half, reserving the crusts to create sturdy shells.
03 - Evenly distribute the shrimp filling inside both bread halves, pressing firmly into the cavities. Preheat oven to 190°C. Brush the exterior of the bread with melted butter. Wrap the stuffed loaf tightly in aluminum foil and place on a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 5 minutes until the crust is golden and crisp.
04 - Allow the baked loaf to rest briefly. Slice into portions and serve warm.

01 - For added brightness, garnish with extra parsley or finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
