# Ingredients:

→ For the Burger Patties

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
03 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

→ For Assembly

07 - 4 hamburger buns
08 - 4 slices of cheddar cheese
09 - Lettuce leaves
10 - Tomato slices
11 - Mayonnaise
12 - Ketchup

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated but don't overmix.
02 - Divide mixture into four equal portions and form into burger patties. Make a slight indentation in center of each for even cooking.
03 - Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties about 5 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
04 - During last minute of cooking, place cheddar cheese slice on each patty. Cover with lid or foil to melt cheese.
05 - Toast buns if desired. Layer lettuce and tomato on bottom half of each bun. Add cheese-topped patty. Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on top bun.
06 - Serve immediately with favorite sides like fries, onion rings, or salad.

01 - Can customize with additional toppings like caramelized onions or bacon
