Cranberry Cream Cheese Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can (8 count) crescent roll dough

→ Filling

02 - 113 grams cream cheese, softened
03 - 30 grams powdered sugar
04 - 2.5 milliliters vanilla extract

→ Topping

05 - 120 milliliters whole berry cranberry sauce
06 - Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
02 - In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
03 - Unroll crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half. Press each piece firmly into the mini muffin cups to form small dough cups.
04 - Spoon 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese filling into each dough cup, followed by 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top.
05 - If desired, sprinkle chopped pecans or orange zest over the fillings.
06 - Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until the crescents are golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

01 - Reduce powdered sugar for a less sweet filling.
