Combine orange juice, sugar, and cranberries in a saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until cranberries burst and mixture thickens, about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely.

In a food processor, blend feta cheese, cream cheese or Greek yogurt, and olive oil until smooth and creamy.

Spread whipped cheese mixture on a serving platter. Evenly top with cooled cranberry sauce, sprinkle with chopped pistachios and crushed red pepper flakes, then drizzle with honey.
