Cranberry Whipped Feta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruit Mixture

01 - ½ cup orange juice
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 12 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries

→ Cheese Mixture

04 - 8 ounces block feta cheese
05 - ½ cup cream cheese or Greek yogurt
06 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

→ Garnish

07 - 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
08 - 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
09 - 1 tablespoon honey

# Instructions:

01 - Combine orange juice, sugar, and cranberries in a saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until cranberries burst and mixture thickens, about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely.
02 - In a food processor, blend feta cheese, cream cheese or Greek yogurt, and olive oil until smooth and creamy.
03 - Spread whipped cheese mixture on a serving platter. Evenly top with cooled cranberry sauce, sprinkle with chopped pistachios and crushed red pepper flakes, then drizzle with honey.

# Notes:

01 - For a tangier profile, substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt. Adjust crushed red pepper flakes to desired spice level. Serve alongside crackers, pita bread, or baguette slices.
