# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

02 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened
03 - 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Coating

05 - 2 cups nacho cheese-flavored Doritos, crushed into fine crumbs
06 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
07 - 2 large eggs, beaten
08 - 1 tablespoon milk

09 - Salt and pepper, to taste
10 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast without slicing all the way through.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, and shredded mozzarella. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
03 - Fill each chicken pocket evenly with the cream cheese mixture. Secure the edges with toothpicks as necessary.
04 - Place crushed Doritos in a shallow bowl, flour in another, and whisk together eggs and milk in a third bowl.
05 - Dredge each stuffed chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with crushed Doritos, pressing to adhere.
06 - Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
07 - Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and filling is hot.
08 - Remove toothpicks and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm.
