Set your oven to 190°C and cover a baking sheet (or stone) with baking paper.

Pop open the crescent dough onto a floured surface, press the seams together into a big rectangle, then roll it out an even thickness. Chop it into 24 little squares.

In a bowl, toss in the soft cream cheese, mayo, crab, green onions, cayenne, and salt. Stir until smooth and everything’s mixed.

Plop a scoop of the filling in the middle of each square. Fold opposite corners towards each other and gently pinch to shut them.

Lay out your filled rolls on your lined baking sheet. Bake at 190°C for about 10 to 15 minutes till they’re nice and golden.
