Effortless Crab Cream Cheese Crescents (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can (about 226 grams) of chilled crescent dough from the store

→ Filling

02 - 170 grams cream cheese that's soft
03 - 60 milliliters mayo
04 - 120 grams cooked or fake crab, chopped up
05 - 2 green onions, chopped small
06 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
07 - 1/8 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 190°C and cover a baking sheet (or stone) with baking paper.
02 - Pop open the crescent dough onto a floured surface, press the seams together into a big rectangle, then roll it out an even thickness. Chop it into 24 little squares.
03 - In a bowl, toss in the soft cream cheese, mayo, crab, green onions, cayenne, and salt. Stir until smooth and everything’s mixed.
04 - Plop a scoop of the filling in the middle of each square. Fold opposite corners towards each other and gently pinch to shut them.
05 - Lay out your filled rolls on your lined baking sheet. Bake at 190°C for about 10 to 15 minutes till they’re nice and golden.

# Notes:

01 - Swap in lighter cream cheese and mayo if you want fewer calories. Don't stuff them too full or the filling will spill out when they bake.
02 - Sprinkle a bit of flour on your rolling pin so the dough doesn't stick.
