Creamy Crockpot Ham Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 4 cups peeled and sliced potatoes (Yukon gold or russet)
02 - 1 small diced onion

→ Meat

03 - 2 cups diced cooked ham

→ Dairy

04 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1 cup milk

→ Canned Goods

06 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

→ Spices

07 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
08 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Lightly grease the interior of the crockpot to prevent sticking.
02 - Place half of the sliced potatoes evenly in the crockpot and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
03 - Distribute half of the diced ham and diced onion over the potato layer, then sprinkle with half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
04 - Repeat the layering process with the remaining potatoes, ham, onion, and shredded cheese.
05 - In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
06 - Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the layered ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, until potatoes are tender and sauce is creamy.
07 - Gently stir before serving and garnish as desired.
