Dice the sirloin steak into one-inch cubes. Season with salt and pepper

Heat olive oil in a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes and cook until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and set aside

Add mushrooms and garlic to the same skillet, sautéing until tender

Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to the skillet. Return steak to the skillet, warming through until sauce thickens
