Creamy Steak and Mushroom Bites (Printer-Friendly Version)

01 - 1 1/4 lbs sirloin steaks, cut into 1 inch pieces
02 - 1 cup heavy cream
03 - 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
04 - 8 oz mushrooms
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper
10 - Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Dice the sirloin steak into one-inch cubes. Season with salt and pepper
02 - Heat olive oil in a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes and cook until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and set aside
03 - Add mushrooms and garlic to the same skillet, sautéing until tender
04 - Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to the skillet. Return steak to the skillet, warming through until sauce thickens
05 - Serve over rice or pasta and garnish with chopped parsley
