Quick Creamy Beef Alfredo Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb (450g) ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, diced
03 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
04 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

→ Sauce Ingredients

05 - 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
06 - 1 cup (240ml) whole milk
07 - 1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

→ Seasonings

09 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
10 - 1/4 tsp onion powder
11 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Pasta

12 - 8 oz (225g) pasta (fettuccine, penne, or pasta of choice)

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until browned (6-8 minutes). Drain excess fat if needed, then set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened (2-3 minutes). Stir in heavy cream, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
04 - Return ground beef to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Stir to combine. Add drained pasta and toss until evenly coated.
05 - Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
