In a medium bowl, dissolve the gelatin powder in boiling water, stirring continuously until fully dissolved.

Fill a 240 ml measuring cup with ice, then add cold water to fill to the 240 ml mark. If using GramZero gelatin, use 240 ml cold water only.

Add the ice water to the dissolved gelatin and stir until cooled and the ice cubes are mostly melted. Remove any unmelted ice. Allow the gelatin to begin soft setting while proceeding.

In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with the sweetener using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

Gradually whip the soft set gelatin mixture into the whipped cream until homogenous and fluffy.

Spoon the Jello whip mixture evenly into 4 serving dishes or one medium bowl. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
