03 - Salt and pepper to taste
04 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
05 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
06 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence

Fats

08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
09 - 5 tablespoons salted butter, divided (1 tbsp for searing chicken, 4 tbsp for roux)

Vegetables

10 - 1 yellow onion, diced
11 - 1 carrot, diced
12 - 2 celery ribs, diced
13 - 6 to 7 garlic cloves, minced
14 - 3 cups chopped fresh broccoli

Dry Ingredients

15 - ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
16 - 10 lasagna sheets, broken into small pieces

Liquids & Dairy

17 - 6 cups chicken broth
18 - 2 cups heavy cream
19 - 1.5 cups Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Melt 1 tablespoon butter with 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with Kinder’s The Blend or salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear chicken for 4 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
02 - Add remaining 4 tablespoons butter to the pot. Once melted, add diced onion, celery, and carrot. Season lightly with salt and pepper (about ¼ teaspoon each). Cook for 5 minutes until softened and aromatic.
03 - Stir in minced garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant. Sprinkle flour over vegetables, stirring constantly to coat. Cook roux for 2 minutes to remove raw flour taste.
04 - Gradually whisk in chicken broth, about 1½ cups at a time, to prevent clumps. Stir in heavy cream. Season soup base with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and Herbes de Provence.
05 - Bring to a gentle boil, then add chopped broccoli and broken lasagna noodles. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent noodles from sticking.
06 - Lower heat and stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth. Chop cooked chicken into bite-size pieces and add back to the pot. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - Stir often during simmering to prevent noodles from sticking and ensure even cooking.
