Place tortellini in a large bowl and pour enough boiling water to cover. Allow to sit for 3 minutes, then drain thoroughly.

Return drained tortellini to the bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and grated Parmesan. Gently toss with a spatula until evenly coated.

Preheat air fryer to 190°C. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

Place seasoned tortellini in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking or tossing halfway through, until golden and crisp.

Transfer cooked tortellini to an oven preheated to 95°C to keep warm while cooking remaining batches.

Serve hot with marinara sauce of choice for dipping.
