01 - Drain excess liquid from cottage cheese using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth
02 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with oil
03 - Place small mounds of cottage cheese on baking sheet and flatten into thin rounds
04 - Bake 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. Let cool to crisp up further
