Crockpot Cabbage Sausage Meal (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 1 small head green cabbage, chopped (approximately 16 ounces)
02 - 1 pound baby potatoes or russet potatoes, chopped
03 - 1/3 cup diced onion
04 - 2 garlic cloves, minced

→ Meat

05 - 12 to 14 ounces smoked sausage or kielbasa, sliced into 1-inch rounds

→ Liquids

06 - 1 1/2 cups chicken or vegetable broth

→ Spices

07 - 2 teaspoons dried thyme
08 - 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
09 - 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
10 - 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
11 - 1 teaspoon paprika
12 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Chop cabbage and potatoes; dice onion and mince garlic. Slice sausage into 1-inch rounds.
02 - Add all ingredients into the slow cooker and stir thoroughly to combine.
03 - Cook on HIGH setting for 2 to 3 hours or on LOW for 4 to 6 hours until vegetables are tender.
04 - Add all ingredients into the Instant Pot and stir to combine evenly.
05 - Close lid and seal vent. Set to manual pressure cook for 5 minutes, then quick release pressure when done.

# Notes:

01 - For best flavor, use smoked kielbasa and fresh broth. Adjust seasoning to taste before serving.
